bodyCircuit is a tool designed to help you get through a timed set. If you’ve ever worked out at a gym and done the “super-circuit” or worked out with a coach or personal trainer, you would have come across the concept before. You do a series of excercises within a timed interval, with a set rest period and you repeat that series a couple of times.
If you don’t have time to make the gym today, but still want to push out a good set at home, you can use bodyCircuit to do exactly that. There are three versions to help you along:
* the standard web interface and
* the optimized “touch” interface for mobile devices (like iPhone or an Android phone)
* the facebook version
