From the Jiu Jitsu Brotherhood comes the Animal Drill Workout. Some of those moves (ok, all of them) look quite challenging. The video and particularly the freestyle demonstration at the end is executed smoothly. Moreover, this body-only workout can be used:
* to have fun
* workout at home or on the road
* as part of your current workouts
You could also use bodyCircuit and throw in one or two of the moves (or all if you’re that ambitious) into an existing routine.
Try mix it up with either of these circuits:
* Men’s Health High Intensity Circuit
* SurfSki Core Strengthening
