They call it the Spartacus Workout. It seems that the movie 300 has still not stopped inspiring the health and fitness industry, which is really not a surprise given the results they achieved with the cast. Nonetheless, wether this routine is -actually- from the movie set or not, it’s still worth a go if you have need to squeeze in a circuit at home (or on the road).
This circuit is exactly the kind of challenge and routine that bodyCircuit was created for. 10 stations per round, as many rounds as you can muster (have time for) and spend as much time at each station as your body can handle. Generally, 60 seconds is quite long (especially on the 3rd round) but start at 45 seconds, vary the rest and build as you go along.
