It seems like a hazardous training move, and may well be, but there is (for experienced paddlers mind you who understand the risks) a social paddle out in Cape Town on Tuesday 18th.
The adventurous paddlers will head towards the Cape Town harbour wall “or thereabouts” from Milnerton Beach at 19h45. The standard safety equipment (PFD, flare/cell phone/leash) is a MUST and optional equipment will include cameras and emergency light sticks.
